Purchases and Payments
You must request a quote from our Get a quote page. Your returned quote will give you a link to make immediate payment through the third-party payment service Stripe.
Occasionally, after an initial review of your work, we may need to request payment of an additional fee. This typically happens if your document requires more effort to edit than anticipated or if an upgrade to the chosen service is necessary. Should this occur, a payment link will be sent to you via email.
Full payment is required before we begin editing or writing, unless a different arrangement has been agreed upon.
Once the editing is complete, you will receive the documents electronically via a download link. We do not provide hard copies.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the correct details are provided when placing your order. Entering an incorrect email address or phone number can cause unnecessary delays, and we cannot be held accountable for such errors.
Go Publish accepts payments through Stripe and Bank Transfer. Stripe allows you to use all major credit and debit cards conveniently. Once your order has been successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
If you encounter any issues with Stripe, we also offer the option to pay via Bank Transfer. Please note that if you choose to pay using Bank Transfer, the payment must clear before we start editing or writing. Go Publish cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by bank processing times or delays in payment.
Corrections, Extensions, and Refunds
At Go Publish, we aim to provide a seamless experience when using our services and pride ourselves on high quality work.
If you’re not satisfied with the edited work, please get in touch with us at info@gopublish.uk as soon as possible, clearly outlining your concerns. One of our editors will review the issue to determine whether our quality standards and guidelines have been met.
If further corrections are deemed necessary, we’ll make the appropriate adjustments. If you’re still not happy after these changes, we may offer additional rounds of revision to ensure your expectations are met.
In exceptional cases—where we’re unable to fulfil your requirements or additional revisions aren’t feasible—we may issue a partial or full refund. Refunds are processed within 24 hours, though it may take up to five working days for the funds to appear in your account.
Duplicate orders and overpayments will also be refunded within 24 hours.
We’re committed to meeting agreed deadlines, but occasionally, an extension may be necessary to maintain the quality of our work. Reasons for deadline extensions may include:
- A need for further clarification on your instructions or additional brief
- Missing or incomplete supporting documentation
If a delay is required, a member of our team will notify you via email. In cases where the delay is due to internal issues—such as technical difficulties or editor illness—we’ll work quickly to resolve the problem and keep you informed throughout.
Right to Refuse Work
Go Publish reserves the right to decline or refuse any order at our discretion.
If your order is declined, we will contact you promptly and issue a full refund.
Orders may be declined for a variety of reasons. An example is when the selected service does not match the needs of the document—for instance, if proofreading is requested but the document actually requires more extensive editing. In such cases, we will reach out to discuss upgrading the service or, if preferred, cancel the order and process a full refund.
We may also choose to refuse an order if we believe we are unable to provide meaningful value through our editing. If this happens, a full refund will also be issued.
Confidentiality
At Go Publish, we take confidentiality seriously and are fully committed to protecting your information and intellectual property.
We understand that our editors and writers handle unpublished and often sensitive material. Access to your files is therefore strictly limited to authorised editors and writers who need it to perform their duties.
To safeguard your work, we are required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). We guarantee that no details related to your service will be knowingly shared with any third parties, other than those directly involved in the editing process.
As with most modern businesses, we rely on trusted third-party platforms—such as Dropbox, We Transfer and Office 365—for communication and document handling. While these platforms are widely considered secure, Go Publish cannot be held liable for any breaches that may occur within these external services.
For added protection, all documents are permanently deleted from our servers four weeks after the service has concluded. Any files stored locally on our devices are also removed after the same period.
We encourage you to review our Privacy Policy for more details, in conjunction with these Terms and Conditions.
Governing Law
The interpretation and enforcement of any contract between Go Publish and the user, as well as these Terms and Conditions, shall be governed by and carried out in accordance with English law.
