Yes absolutely! When you place an order you will be provided with the opportunity to submit an additional brief and a style guide.
Do you use UK or US spelling conventions?
Either! Simply specify on your order form which you would prefer.
Can you work to my style guide?
Absolutely! Simply upload along with your document. If you don’t have a style guide we work to our default style guide which is the Guardian Style Guide (GSG).
Will you correct my document directly?
Yes, you’ll receive a fully edited version with comments and track changes, and a clean version that you can readily use for whatever purpose you need.
What format can you accept documents in?
Documents can be accepted in any open document format, such as Microsoft Word © or Google Doc, or a PDF.
What format will my documents be sent back in?
They will be returned in Microsoft Word © format, plus a clean version in the format of your choosing. Please state on your order form.
How long does it take?
From submission to delivery, we edit your documents within 5 working days and notify you once complete.
Will you advise me on my content?
Yes, as part of the line editing service you will be advised of any minor content amendments either through track changes or through suggested comments in the document.
